Legal notice
In accordance with French law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), here is who publishes LaikaSuite, who hosts it, and what belongs to whom.
Website publisher
“AstraLaika” is a brand and project name, not a registered company. LaikaSuite is published by Yann Chrétienneau, a private individual (personne physique), in a personal and non-professional capacity, based in France. The applications are free of charge and no commercial activity is carried out under this name to date.

Hosting provider
LaikaSuite is served as static files. The host stores and delivers those files; it runs no application code on the publisher's behalf, and there is no database, no server-side account system and no backend of any kind behind these pages.

Intellectual property
The applications are free to use, without an account and without payment. That freedom concerns use: the source code, the interface, the icons, the illustrations and the wordmarks remain the exclusive property of the publisher unless stated otherwise.
Reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and would constitute infringement within the meaning of articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The typefaces are a deliberate exception. They are the work of others, used under the SIL Open Font License, which leaves copyright with their authors — the names they carry inside the suite are a permitted renaming, not a claim of ownership. Every third-party work the suite stands on is named, credited and linked to its licence on the licences page.
Third-party names and marks mentioned anywhere in the suite remain the property of their respective owners.
Content you create
Everything you write, draw, record or store in these applications is yours, and it stays on your device. The publisher acquires no right over it, holds no copy of it, and has no technical means of reading it.
This is not a promise of restraint but a property of the architecture: there is nowhere for your work to go. The privacy policy explains how that is enforced by your own browser rather than merely undertaken by us, and how you can verify it in about thirty seconds.
Reporting unlawful content
LaikaSuite hosts nothing. It has no accounts, no uploads, no comments, no shared spaces and no public content of any kind: everything a user creates stays in that user's browser and never reaches the publisher or anyone else. There is therefore no user content here that could be reported, moderated or taken down.
If you nevertheless believe that something published on this site is unlawful, write to astralaika.studio@gmail.com. Manifestly unlawful content will be removed promptly upon becoming aware of it, in accordance with article 6-I of the LCEN and the European Digital Services Act.
Governing law
This notice is governed by French law. The terms of use set out the rules that apply to using the applications, and the competent courts in the event of a dispute.
